Location: Unity of Omaha – 3424 N 90th St.
PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING BEFORE SUBMITTING YOUR APPLICATION
Each vendor space includes:
- One 6ft table OR one 4ft round table
- Two chairs
Vendor displays, merchandise, and equipment must fit within the assigned approximate space of 8ft x 4ft.
Electrical access is limited and assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Vendors requesting electricity must provide their own extension cords, surge protectors, and power strips if needed.
Vendors are responsible for supplying:
- Table coverings
- Displays/signage
- Additional setup materials
- Packaging/bags
- Any additional equipment needed for operation
Setup & Breakdown
All booths must be fully set up and ready for guests no later than 10:00 AM on Saturday, August 22, 2026.
Late setup will not be permitted once the event has opened to the public unless prior approval has been granted by event organizers.
All vendors must fully vacate the premises and remove all belongings, merchandise, and trash by 5:30 PM on Saturday.
Payments & Cancellation Policy
Completed applications must be submitted no later than July 10, 2026.
Applications will be reviewed by event organizers, and accepted vendors will receive an approval email with payment instructions and available payment options.
Vendor space is not confirmed or guaranteed until:
- The application has been approved, and
- Full payment has been received.
All vendor payments must be received no later than August 1, 2026. Unpaid spaces after this date may be released to another vendor.
Vendor cancellations must be submitted in writing no later than August 1, 2026.
- Cancellations received before August 1, 2026 are eligible for a 50% refund of booth fees.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations received on or after August 1, 2026.
- If the event is canceled by the organizers, vendors will receive a refund at the discretion of the organizers based on event expenses already incurred.
Booth spaces are non-transferable without prior written approval from event organizers.
Noise Policy
To help maintain a peaceful and welcoming environment for all attendees, personal music, speakers, microphones, amplifiers, or other sound-producing devices are not permitted unless previously approved by event organizers.
Scent & Smoke-Free Policy
To support the comfort, health, and safety of all attendees — including individuals with allergies, asthma, scent sensitivities, and expecting mothers — the following are prohibited inside the event space:
- Burning sage
- Incense
- Candles
- Smoking or vaping of any kind
- Smoke-producing items
- Excessive fragrances or heavily scented products
Event organizers reserve the right to request removal of any item or activity determined to create an unsafe or disruptive environment.
Insurance Requirement
Any vendor providing hands-on services or physically interacting with attendees — including but not limited to massage, Reiki, energy work, bodywork, adjustments, or similar services — must maintain current general liability insurance coverage.

Vendors requiring insurance are solely responsible for maintaining proper licensing, certifications, and insurance coverage applicable to their services.
Vendor Conduct & Responsibilities
By participating in the Mindful Makers Market, vendors agree to:
- Maintain a respectful, professional, and inclusive environment for guests, volunteers, staff, and fellow vendors.
- Conduct business in a lawful and ethical manner.
- Comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, permits, licensing requirements, and tax obligations.
- Keep booth spaces clean, organized, and free of hazards throughout the event.
- Refrain from discriminatory, abusive, threatening, unsafe, or disruptive behavior.
- Accept responsibility for all individuals working or assisting within their booth space.
Event organizers reserve the right to remove any vendor without refund for violations of event policies, unsafe conduct, inappropriate behavior, or failure to comply with organizer instructions.
Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver
Vendor understands and acknowledges that participation in the event involves certain inherent risks, including but not limited to property loss, theft, bodily injury, illness, accidents, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Vendor voluntarily assumes all risks associated with participation in the event and accepts full responsibility for:
- Merchandise
- Equipment
- Personal belongings
- Booth setup
- Employees
- Volunteers
- Guests and assistants associated with their booth
The vendor agrees to release, waive, and hold harmless Mindful Makers Market, Unity Omaha, the event venue, event organizers, staff, volunteers, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising out of or related to participation in the event, including injury, illness, property damage, or theft, except where prohibited by law.
